We have a decent size 3 bed semi with 2 large double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom, it does fit a double bed with chest of drawers and still space left, so I would say it was a double bedroom. Bathroom upstairs with bath and over bath shower, WC downstairs which is great for when the kids run in after being outside, stops them trailing mud ect through the house.
