We have a decent size 3 bed semi with 2 large double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom, it does fit a double bed with chest of drawers and still space left, so I would say it was a double bedroom. Bathroom upstairs with bath and over bath shower, WC downstairs which is great for when the kids run in after being outside, stops them trailing mud ect through the house. Large living room, we have a dining table at the back. The house has just had all new insulation put in the walls and floors. Also a brand new boiler. Plenty storage space theres a large cupboard as you come in the front door my partner had been using for his gaming room, another cupboard in the hall, one under the stairs, one upstairs with the boiler in but plenty space to put shelves and use as a airing cupboard also one of the bedrooms has 2 cupboards. The house is really quite big for a 3 bed. Good size front and back enclosed garden. Very good neighbours next door. There is a small park just over the back our kids go and play in all the time. Lovely safe quiet street. Nothing is over looking the back of the house just a small field then allotments. One of which belongs to the house for the small fee of £15 per year. New kitchen units and work tops, new bath upstairs. We are only looking to swap as we are from Edinburgh and the majority of our family are still down there including my 17yr old daughter. We dont want to be back down there where its busy. We love the lifestyle up here it feels safer for the children and they have more freedom. So we are looking for something that's the best of both worlds, rural secluded and safe away from cities, but on the mainland so I am just a drive away from my daughter.
