Hi I have for exchange a 4 bed 2 bathroom house with separate toilet downstairs,had a new bathroom upstairs having new windows before Christmas. 5 mins walk to st Cyrus school there is a shop and a cafe I'm a 7 minute walk to the sea really quite I need a 3 or a 4 bed in laurencekirk or surrounding as my daughter is going to mearns academy next year she as special needs. My house as a wet room and 2 bedrooms downstairs plus 2 double upstairs I have a drive big enough for 3 cars and a carport I have a front and back garden no grass out the back stones .
