We live in a first floor one bed flat close to Fareham centre. Own front door in a block of eight under sheltered housing run by Fareham Borough Council. Shared communal gardens and community hall. Our flat is immaculate throughout with modern kitchen installed in April 1925 and has built in Neff oven and microwave, an electric induction hob with glass splashback and extractor fan. A built in washing machine and breakfast bar. All windows were replaced 3 years ago and we have added white shutters. Rooms are all of a good size.
