Solar panels and battery storage so low electric bills. 2 mins from morrisons, bus stop 2 minute walk. Quiet cul-de-sac. 2 schools 10 minute walk. Town centre and train station 10 minute walk. Leave carpets and flooring, and blinds. Decoration in other house not a problem as will be changing to my taste anyway.
