My partner and I are currently living in a 2 bedroom end of terrace council house (Barcud) in Penparcau with our 3 children, we are looking to move to a 4-5 bedroom house within or near Aberystwyth. The house is located in Heol Dinas, Penparcau with a small garden, good parking and fantastic access to Llyn Yr Eos school, Penparcau Community Hub and Ffrindiau Bach nursery, perfect location for new parents (the area has access to Flying Start provision for new parents), and very friendly neighbours.
