We have a 2 bedrooms flat on 1st floor in old 4 in a block in Craigie. Brand new kitchen, bathroom, windows and boiler fitted 3 years ago. There is a shared garden with space for a shed and a deck for furniture, etc. Gas central heating, pretty low bills. Parking on the street outside the house. We're looking for a 4 bedrooms flat/house outside of Perth, preferably in the country. Garden is a must.
