Serious about swapping

I have a lovely one bedroom bungalow, 2 minutes walk from the beach in Aberaeron. It has a small garden area out the front which is fenced, very quiet area, just too far for me to travel now. All rooms freshly decorated apart from the kitchen, which is big. Nice bedroom, fits kingsize bed and all furniture, living room great size. I need to move closer to my Parents in Aberystwyth to care for them.
