I am looking for a house that fits the needs of my family. Ideally, it should have four bedrooms so that everyone has enough space and privacy. A large garden is very important because we enjoy spending time outside, gardening, and letting our children play freely. It would be very convenient to have at least one bathroom on the ground floor, especially for guests. Having an extra room on the ground floor is also essential for me because my knee hurts, and I need surgery. This room could be used as a bedroom, a study, or even a playroom for children. I would also like a modern kitchen with enough cupboards and storage space because we have many household items. A bright and spacious living room with large windows is a big plus, as it makes the house feel warm and welcoming. Safety and a quiet neighborhood are very important. Additionally, parking space, either a garage or a driveway, would be very helpful.
