My property is a new build (completed Jan 2025). This is a first floor flat with stairs that lead up from the front door into the living area. The flat is officially a 2-bedroom flat, but I changed the larger bedroom into a living room. A large, fitted kitchen with plenty of space for a table and chairs and a small sofa. Bathroom has a bath and shower (no window). Fully carpeted except for the bathroom and half of the kitchen. Gas and electric, solar panels on the roof. There is a small shed/cupboard attached to the flat outside. A small, grassed area at the side and back, shared outside drive enough for two cars and a charging point for an electric car, shared bin compound. Just a 15min walk from the town centre, or 30mins if you're a slow walker like me!
