I have a beautiful one bedroom bungalow in the heart of Balcombe. Large front and back garden. And lage communal garden shared with other residents. * Residents parking * lovely patio in back garden. Has been looked after well as I enjoy my gardening. And the front has been done beautifully as well. Living area is Large and bedroom is large also. Good size bathroom with toilet and the kitchen is of a reasonable size. Fantastic place to live. Beautiful neighbours. We are all dog lovers. Amazing fields at rear of property that lead to Balcombe social club. Village shop. And pub Reason for moving is due to health declining i have MS and other health conditions that require me to be closer to my daughters so they can support me. I honestly would not move if it was not needed. I love Balcombe everyone is friendly. Supportive, beautiful little community.
