There are only 13 other residents living here and I have never had an issue, everyone is really respectful. I have a decent sized bedroom with a storage cupboard/ wardrobe and a large living room, separate kitchen. I also have a wet room which was fitted just before I moved in about 3/4 years ago. There is a car park so plenty of parking available, there also is a large communal garden with washing lines either side of the building.
