My house is a 3 bedroom with 2 large rooms and a small room.the downstairs living room and dinning room are open plan. The kitchen is specious and leads out to a fair sized utility room. The garden is 2 tier with steps down to a large area, big enough for a shed and still plenty of room. The back gate has easy access to the side of house. When walking into the property you are greeted with a hallways and second door to the living room on the right and to the left are stairs. The hallway leads into the kitchen. There is plenty of room for parking. The area is a safe area with a basket ball court and a play area second from the property. There are schools close by from nursery?s to high school. Shops are located within 5 min walk and a buss runs every 13 mins. Easy access to town that?s close by. I?m looking for a 3-4 bed property close to rugby for family reasons. I?ve lived at this property for over 3 years. I?ve recently redecorated and welcome you to come and visit and thank you.
