I have a large 2 bed maisonette, ground floor. Has plenty of parking around (non designated but never an issue). Has a small front garden, which you can have fenced off if you?d like it more private. Plenty of communal area outside including washing lines. There is only 1 step into the property. I have 2 very large storage cupboards, and 1 walk in cupboard in the kitchen allowing for plenty of storage. 1 quite large bedroom, and 1 smaller room (fits a small double bed and other furniture well so not tiny). The property is in a really quiet area, but is close to many amenities, including shops, takeaways, park, schools, doctors etc. I?m looking for another 2 bed, ideally house but open to other types of properties, I just need a property with a private/ secure garden for my toddler to be able to play in. Ideally looking to stay in studley as I have work and nursery commitments but willing to consider somewhere on the outskirts, still close to studley for the right home. Thanks!
