I have a1 bed first floor flat, own front door there is non allocated parking but always park in same space as do the other cars, has its own garden with a shed. living room is quite spacious, bathroom is a good size has shower over Bedroom is quite big,i’ve a triple door wardrobe 4 & 7 chest of draws,2 bedside cabinets a kingsize bed.The kitchen isn’t big but have all white goods in plus a small table for two, can have dishwasher if so wished.it’s gas or electric for cooker, has lots of storage cupboards. There are 2 storage cupboards in the hall 1 is big enough for tumble dryer with leftover space, other isn’t as wide, stairs upto flat are wider than normal as can have a stairlift if needed, Carpeted all through, vinyl flooring in bathroom & kitchen, the flat is light and airy. There is academy school & primary school with nursery attached in same grounds, It’s within walking distance of the town, schools drs,library, pubs, has a few takeaway’s cafes shops hairdressers
