I have a gorgeous, newly decorated 2 bedroom bungalow in the perth town centre. It has its own front and back door, lovely back garden with grass. Large livingroom, 2 double bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom, utility cupboard in kitchen. Garden is a lovely size. Not difficult for maintenance. I have a shed in it too which i can leave or can dismantle. Based in a very quiet cul-de-sac off the main road, it's in a quiet courtyard, only cars that come in is that of other properties. it also benefits from having its own private parking space right outside the front door which is very rare for town centre. Only reason for moving is my family has ¹outgrown the property. We absolutely love staying here and are in no rush to move. Will only be willing to leave for the right property. What we are looking for is a 3 or 4 bedroom house or bungalow. No flats will even be considered so please don't ask. Must have own front and back door and must have decent sized garden for my children. Will consider most locations within a 5 mile radius of Perth Town centre.
