2 bed new build, need a swap with 3 bed

Our house is a new build in shepshed, we are the first tenants to live in it, and have only been here since April 2020. It had space for 2 cars on the drive, nice kitchen, downstairs toilet, lovely big living room which could fit a dining table, two good sized bedrooms and a bathroom, lovely garden at the back, and access to the garden through a lockable gate down the side of the house. We need a 3 bed in or close to Sileby, 5 miles from Sileby at the most, with a garden and that allows pets
