New buildings....very nice and quiet area.never any noise... Im rite at the back of Arthur's seat as well over the rd from the big retail part with the huge Sainsbury's,Poundland,MnS,BnM,PoundstretchersTK Maxx and a massive Bingo hall...then I have McDonald's less than 5 mines down the rite hand street..and if u wer to keep going u'd get to Morrison,Chinese,convenience store,pubs,etc,and eventually u wud get to Portobello Beach...which is beautiful on the summer
