Really lovely family home

We have a 3 bed semi detached house in Queens Park Brighton Bn2 9yj. We have lived here 23 years and found it to be very quiet. The house is well maintained and has been decorated lovely. New carpets on stairs hallway and large bedroom.there is a downstairs toilet and seperate bathroom which we made into a shower room. It has a fitted kitchen. The lounge has its original floorboards which have been sanded back and look lovely. Good sized back garde half grass half patio. Front is gravelled and easily fit 2 cars on there. Close to sea, town, shops schools also a main bus route. Looking to downsize to a one bed but must have own garden no shared gardens and no hig rise blocks. Must allow dogs. The rent here is ?99 per week so would like to stay close to that amount please. I will consider areas from Shoreham through to angmering as I want to stay by the coast. I will consider house, bungalow and flats
