House up for swap

I have a semi detached house in speedwell that has four bedrooms, a large kitchen, two bathrooms and a large living room. It also has a storage room and a medium sized outside shed with a strong, water resistant roof. There is a large back garden, with a titled path with the rest of the land covered in grass. There is also a garden at the front of the house with a generous sized parking space/garage that comes with the house. What I'm looking for is three bedroomed flat with a comfortable living room, the flat must be in the Barton hill area and in the first, second or third floor.
