I live in a ground floor 2bed flat in a quiet area young families and some older families(not being ageist) I have a communal garden very large great community spirit. Opposite is a lower school shops and more schools around close. Mile and half from main Welwyn garden city town which there is a bus station and train station which commutes directly to London and Peterborough the other way. I've lived her 12 years but now my children have all left home and I want to move closer to where my children are Property type I need is anything so long as it has a garden of my own and possibly outside storage
