New Beginngs for 2021!

New buildings....very nice and quiet area.never any noise... Im rite at the back of Arthur's seat as well over the rd from the big retail part with the huge Sainsbury's,Poundland,MnS,BnM,PoundstretchersTK Maxx and a massive Bingo hall...then I have McDonald's less than 5 mines down the rite hand street..and if u wer to keep going u'd get to Morrison,Chinese,convenience store,pubs,etc,and eventually u wud get to Portobello Beach...which is beautiful on the summer days to walk along the promenade..and the amusements are worth a wee look to pass the time.... The house itself...IV just had the Livingroom papered...tho Carpet will need replaced...Kitchen just bn papered and has matching lino..Bedroom carpet will need replaced as well as hall Carpet.And toilet and hall cud do with a freshen up of paint..if I'm bn totally honest... Thers a huge walk-in cupboard in the hall,a linen cupboard in Livingroom,and a big walk in cupboard in the stair outside the front door(that I can put a take lick on-I have one there)just never got aground to putting it on).that has 2 smaller cupboards inside as well..and thers a loft tho I have never used it personally...Il admit the bedroom isn't massive..Iv got a double bed in it..and it has a built in wardrobe..the gas and lecc is all up to date and I have 89pound credit in the power..Thers shared bk gardens downstairs.....
