Hi, I'm looking to swap my 2 bedroom house in East Allington, Devon. Near the beautiful town of Totnes, and lots of fantastic beaches for a 1 or 2 bedroom with a garden or balcony in Sussex. I'm moving to be closer to my daughters. I'm happy to downsize and swap with someone wanting a bigger space (location is great for raising kids), but having a place that allows my dog and an outside area (even just a balcony) is essential.
