I have a 2 bedroom flat, for the over 55?s, it?s beautifully decorated, with all new carpets and flooring, central heating and laundry room (included in the rent). It is pet friendly, and there?s a communal garden. This is independent living, but has a good social life if you want to join in. We are 5 minutes walk to Rayleigh high street, where there are a number of good shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs. Doctors surgery is also 5-6 minutes walk with a pharmacy attached. We like it here very much, but want to be closer to the seaside and family. We would like a 2 bedroom bungalow within 20 miles of Brightlingsea, central heating and double glazing, a garden would be lovely.
