2 bedroom council house.

The property I am currently in is a 2 bedroom council house, I have a hallway, living and dining room with a kitchen and plenty of room under the stairs. There are steps leading to my front door with a very large side garden and a spacious patio in the back garden. Upstairs I have a landing, 2 large bedrooms and a medium sized bathroom with a working shower and bath. All the electrics and central heating are in working order and I've never had a problem with either of them. I have an electric fireplace in the living room which is in working order. I'm on a very quiet neighbourhood where there at never any problems, I'm down the street to a large playfeild, shops and schools! Parks are only a 5 minute walk from my house, it's a lovely neighbourhood to live in, I've never had any problems with the property I am in, no smashed windows.. I drive and no damage has ever come to any of the cars I have owned. All the neighbours on the street are friendly and look out for one another. I am looking for a 2 bedroom house in llanelli area, preferably llanerch, felinfeol, dafen or near the town area with an enclosed garden and a street where I can park the car no problem.
