I have a beautiful 2 bedroom flat with sea views from living room patio doors, you can see the whole of the bay from my living room! This property has a shared communal garden with a car park, both of these facilities get used a very little amount. My kitchen was completely re done less than a year ago so is brand new, and my living room and big bedroom have only just been re decorated. I am looking for somebody who would be interested in down sizing, from a house/maisonette/ bungalow with 2 bedrooms, preferably in the brixham area as would like to stay close to family.
