I have a 2 double bed apartment with a balcony which you can enter through the living room and main bedroom. Main bedroom has a built in wardrobe, bathroom is a good size. I have a utility room which is where the washing machine goes and can also fit a dryer. I am on the 2nd floor but it looks like the 1st floor. Building has a lift, CCTV, and video intercom so you can see who is buzzing u. I literally have everything downstairs, tube station, sainsburys local, tesco, m&s, majestic wine, 2 nail salons, chicken cottage, another chicken shop, Costa, Indian takeaway, chinese takeaway, 2 sweet shops, dentist, cafes, hairdressers, fish and chips shop, dry cleaners, barbers, agencies, pub, petrol station, Burger King, handy store and travis perkins. Dominions is just down the hill 1 mins drive. Balham high road is literally 2 mins drive which has a railway station and tube station on top of shops like big sainsburys, aldi, tk max, boots, superdrugs etc. Neighbours are lovely. Only reason why I'm moving is because I need a bigger property as I have 2 boys and 1 girl.
