I have a 2 bed house in Blantyre area across from primary school and shops. Great area lovely neighbours won�t move but need larger house due to sons disabilities. Large back garden, property is in a quite lane, road side parking available and large car park opposite. Newly installed kitchen, modern decor, new carpets which have been bought but not yet put down, would be willing to leave them as they are measured for front bedroom and hall, laminate throughout the rest of the house. Will not accept any flats Or 4 in a block. Must be a minimum of 3 bedrooms. Property has 3 year old gas central heating system and new path has just been put down in the back garden.
