I'm in a 1 bed spacious ground floor victorian property, next to acocks green train station. Nicely decorated, pet free, tall ceilings, fitted kitchen, 3 minutes to local village shops, electronic gated parking at rear, next door to nursery. I want a swap, as I'm having my second child I need more rooms, this property and location is perfect and I'll be sad to go. I would like something in the same or local to the area, but has to be a 2/3 bed, this would be a great move for some one looking to downsize.
