3 bed Council hse swap Tilbury ~for 2/3bed hse/b-low~2/3 bed flat but near seafront areas only

I have a 3 bed terraced council hse,back and front garden..pivate back alleyway..(its shared for this hse and next doors hse only)... bathroom is downstairs..toilet/sink is upstairs...back door (opens outwards) is in living room....walking distance to,schools,shops,parks,bus stops... 20 mins walk to train station, (which is the other end of tilbury to me)... The ferry boat is just a short 20 min walk across field behind me or 10 mins on a bus. Route takes you to asda ,past train station,then to sea wall to meet the return ferry boat, this boat takes 5 mins to cross the river thames to kent. Ideally would like a 2/3 bed hse... if low rise a 2/3 bed flat only if walking distance to beach...2/3 bed bungalow be ideal..?exchane with either Council or H/Ass. .. (MUST ALLOW PETS). Reason for move....I been in tilbury nearly 50 yrs, i need new hse,new scenery...(not far from front,,as my lurcher lost her back leg just last year,now only place can let off her lead for a run is on the 'beach)... So wont be to worried about a garden if shortish walking distance to front.. but will take lge 2 bed with no garden if offered,...but must be near a seafront as im giving up 3 bed hse nice sized back/front gardens.
