Council mutual exchange

I have a nice size 3 bedroom council house in a nice quiet cul-de-sac with front and rear garden and a garage and own driveway. It has 2 big sized bedroom and 1 box room, big enough for a single bed and furniture, GCH, upstairs bathroom and toilet and also downstairs toilet, a large living room and a nice size kitchen. very close to primary and secondary schools and shops and a very big Lidl store down the road, public transport and Enfield Lock Station 5 minutes walk away and this can take you to central London in 15 minutes, doctors and pharmacy 5 minutes walk away. Their is a very large children's play area and a park just a 5 minute walk at the back of the house. Very lovely neighbours each side and also srounding. I am looking for a good size 3 bedroom council house OUT OF LONDON most areas considered (BUT NOT LONDON AND NO HOUSING ASSOCIATIONS) Must have a garden and would prefer own driveway, also have GCH, and be reasonably close to schools and shops. ( NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE
