I have a lovely One bed first floor flat with communal gardens , one that is only used by me and my two children and gets the sun all day! Wonderful neighbours , communal heating that is included within the rent. Storage in the bedroom , with built in wardrobe and a built in cupboard. Good size bedroom , front room and kitchen with a storage cupboard in kitchen. I would love to live here forever , but due to needing more rooms for myself and my children (boy & girl) I really need a bigger home , would love outside space but I am aware that is like gold dust!
