Lovely 2 bedroom flat with stunning panoramic views over Devon rolling countryside. The flat is just a 40 minute walk to Sidmouth town beach. The flat is in a small block of 6 flats in a nice, quiet area. There are no neighbours below me or next to me, only above. The front of the property is above a garage, whereas the back of the property is on ground level which backs onto the garden. There is ramp access to the garden from the road. I have been very happy here, but I need to move closer to family for help with childcare due to work.
