1 bed flat with shared garden

We have a 1 bedroom flat in a block of only 5 other flats, attached to another block of 6, with a medium sized lounge and bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom and a storage cupboard in the hallway. There is a shared garden that all 12 flats in the terrace share. It is close to local bus routes, within 5-10 minutes of 3 different parks and playgrounds. The closest GP's are only about 15 minutes walk away and the hospital is also a 15/20 minute walk. There are several small shops within a few minutes walk and a big Morrisons about 15 minutes away. Pets are considered, with prior permission, we have a dog. We are looking for a 2 bedroom house with a garden for our little boy to play in and will consider anywhere except central London.
