First floor maisonette Bury St Edmunds

We have a 1st floor maisonette in a quiet street north of the town centre. It has a double bedroom and a fair sized single, a good sized lounge, small dining room (that could double as a 3rd bedroom), and newly updated kitchen and bathroom. Gas central heating and double glazing. There is an enclosed garden at the back with three sheds and an open garden at front. The area has shops and schools and a very good bus service into the town centre. We need a 2 bedroom ground floor property for health reasons, with garden and a shed (for my wife's mobility scooter). A bungalow would be ideal, but a ground floor maisonette or house that we could install a stair lift in would be OK. We would consider any area in East Anglia but would prefer to stay in or near Bury. Our rent is �89 per week and it is a secure tenacy.
