I have a lovely detached 4 bed detached house in Northbourne, Bournemouth. Driveway for 2 cars. Enclosed back garden, with 6ft wall around half the garden and 6ft fence around the other half. 2 double bedrooms and 2 single. All good sizes and enough room to put double beds in the single rooms. Upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet. A huge lounge, and massive kitchen/diner. We moved in here when it was built in 2007, its a lovely home. We are now looking to downsize to a 3 bed bunglow as we are getting older. We are not on any estate. We would consider different locations within 10 miles of Bournemouth.
