council house exchange

I have a 2 bedroom house in Lincoln its in good decorated condition it has a good size med garden we have just had a new front door and all new windows, the boiler was put in 18 month ago. we have very nice naubours and its a very good area with quite low rent we have local shops doctors and parks and some good walks to go. we would like to move to the n Newton Abbot area or within 15 miles of this area or anywhere near the sea if possible would consider other areas o I forgot dogs are allowed I would concider a flat if it is right and is dog friendly.
