2 bed bungalow in a very quiet close with only 4 other bungalows, the other residents are all elderly with disabilities, but still independent. it has wide doors for a wheelchair, and a lounge, separate kitchen, wet room and a small back garden. There is also a designated parking bay at the front of the property. There is a GP surgery at the top of the street, and a pharmacy opposite, as well as a premier convenience store. Buses run regularly into Manchester through swinton, and Salford shopping centre, and also a bus into farnworth and bolton. I'm looking for a ground floor flat, with a wet room, and private parking.
