I have a 3 bed house livingroom is massive (17ft by 17ft). We have a driveway big enough for 2 cars good sized back garden. We have 2 toilets one downstairs and one in the bathroom upstairs. Kitchen is due to be replaced in within the next year the hallway stairs and landing have recently been skimmed (will need decorating) we are having new skirting put on and 2 new doors upstairs. 3 good sized rooms. Had a new bath toilet and sink put in in the upstairs bathroom too
