I have a lovely 1 bedroom first floor flat with own front door and a pretty little gated courtyard. The flat has a huge garden which needs work but it’s fenced and secure. Pets allowed, it has a small kitchen & I have brand new cupboard doors to go on & it’s being decorated. I need to move back to Burscough for health & family reasons and will be ready to move as soon as necessary. The lounge is fairly big fits a big L shape sofa and looks out onto a beautiful communal garden under a lovely weeping willow tree. Neigbours are fantastic I’ll be sorry to loose them. The flat has a boarded loft space which is huge and plenty of cupboard space for storage & other I use as a utility space. Bedrooms a good size and looks out to Neigbours stunning garden. The location is great it’s super quiet and a lovely friendly place to live. Shops 2 minutes on foot with easy links to ormskirk or all major city’s surrounding & great transport links.
