Hi we have a 2 bed massenete 1st floor in ramsgate Newington with rear and front garden. Has a balcony which has windows so allows for more space. 2 large outside cupboards. Lovely area with a 10 min walk into Westwood Cross. Near primary and secondary schools. We are on a bus route and ramsgate train station is within walking distance. New flooring only a year old, and newly decorated throughout. Heating bills are cheap here in the winter We are only wanting to swap as we have 3 children and need an extra bedroom.
