I have a 3bed in East Kilbride. Prime area close to schools, shops, shopping centre, and public transport. It's about a 20 mins walk from the nearest train station. It has 2 spacious bedrooms and a smaller bedroom. The council are planning to replace the kitchen and bathroom in the near future. The windows and doors have been replaced in the last five years. It has a front and back garden. It is a friendly neighbourhood with many family's and the area is quiet. I am needing to downsize for my health and disability and affordability.The house is a fixer upper, I am currently doing as many renovations as is possible in the meantime. Floors downstairs apart from the kitchen need to be resurfaced. This would be a great home for a family to make there own.
