I have a lovely first-floor 2 bedroom flat in a fantastic, convenient location that I’m looking to swap for a 3 bedroom house. Property features: 2 spacious double bedrooms Large living room Good-sized kitchen & family bathroom Entrance hallway Only around 10 steps to the front door Plenty of free on-street parking nearby Grass directly outside for unloading large shops/moving Large communal garden with 2 washing lines Pets allowed Lovely, friendly neighbours Great location: Morrisons Daily, pharmacy, barbers, corner shop & Chinese takeaway are all just 2–3 minutes’ walk away. Primary schools are around 5–10 minutes walks away, with secondary schools around 10–15 minutes walks away. There may also be the possibility of applying to the council to fence off your own section of the communal garden, although this would need to be checked with the council. We absolutely love the location and our neighbours, but we are a family of 7, including our Labrador, and desperately need to upsize to a 3 bedroom house.
