I have a (currently being decorated ) flat that has a massive communal garden that only one other tenant uses for growing veggies. I have flooring and will be laid once council have replaced beoken floor tiles which I believe will be Aug 28th. Close to all amenities, bus routes to Rotherham Barnsley Hillsborough & City Centre and Chapeltown Train Station. Very quiet area due to being a back street. On street parking is available outside property and off street on a first come first use , however we have been parking there unbothered for 15 months. *Bathroom is now painted and new pic added once i've put everything back * LOWER MAISONETTE ONLY AS I HAVE A DOG
