Very small block of 9 flats mixed amongst private housing, not an estate. I have a 2 bed ground floor flat with a secluded and very secure garden accessed directly from the lounge. My home is nicely decorated and very clean. The flat is off Colney Hatch Lane, N10, near to Tesco Express and the Friern Barnet Retail Park for M&S and other shops. Good transport links to Muswell hill, Highgate underground, or directly to central London. There are 4 parking bays outside my flats and 6 bays at the back of the flats, I have a bay directly in front of my flat. Very respectful neighbours, and never noisy. There is a small shop a couple of door away and a Ofsted rated "good" small primary school 3 mins from flat. Low crime area.
