Our decently sized 2 bed GFF in a very quiet backstreet of Chapletown is central to 2 GP's , Asda, various other shops and a small weekly market. We have regular buses to City Centre, Rotherham, Barnsley and Hillsborough and including the train station. The flat has a massive communal garden and only one tenant from my block of 4 uses a part of it for his flowers and veg, and having fancy pebbles under both of our windows at the front and back, will leave you your own space for a seating area or to grow your own whatever you want. No vehicles can access it so its safe for children or pets. We don’t even get unknown kids hanging around so that’s a bonus. I'm currently decorating and with the heat and arthritic hands, its slow going but I’m getting there. We are looking for a 2 bed GGF/ Bungalow or maisonette LITERALLY ON ANY ESTATE IN Chesterfield or surrounding area. Condition of property unimportant, but need to have an area for my dog, duper floors may be considered.
