I have a one bedroom house on a small estate with a beautiful private garden and backs onto a wildflower meadow. Parking for 2 cars .central heating and air conditioning for the bedroom i had installed. A small kitchen and downstairs toilet and lounge open to the garden .upstairs bathroom with shower over the bath and a big airing cupboard. Double glazing. I would like a one or two bedroom house or bungalow wymondham area about 10 miles either side I would consider. I am over the A140 at the moment I would prefer to be wymondham side ..i would consider any of the small villages..i would like to be on a bus route to Norwich although thats not essential. I would like a private garden and as I'm over 65 ago restricted property's are not a problem for me .
