We have a 3 bedroomed new build, we have a massive garden area with a professionally built progola over the patio with lots of grass space. We have a huge kitchen and downstairs loo. Family bathroom upstairs. 2 massive bedrooms and a little room what has been renovated and turned into a built in double bed and still fits a cot and wardrobe.
