Leafy seaside residence for 55 yrs old...

Hi, if you are 55 years old then this is a must for you, especially if you love the countryside, and seaside which is a ten minuet walk from my apartment. It is ten minuets to Littlehampton. All the shops, doctors, schools. We are a very affluent area, neighbours with millionaires. My apartment is on the first floor with very few stairs to climb, it is very spacious bright & clean, decorated nicely.carpeted through out. We have lovely communal gardens which no one uses, plenty of parking spaces. It is a small block in a lovely quaint village, lovely community. I need to be nearer my son, otherwise I would stay here.
