we have a nice 2 bed end of cul desac bungalow with solar panels ,wet room, air source /pump heating ,garage and shop nearby and roughtons famous chip shop there is a small rear manageable garden and a front grassed area .parking is on road 15 feet from front door with no passing traffic as it is a cul de sac .3 miles from cromer. we are looking for very very similar with own parking space in ludham , catfield ,hickling ,horning , we would consider a one bed with large living room and reasonable sized kitchen with wet room . this place is all emulsion decorated and looks quite ok inside although lived in and not a show house . thank you terry @debbie pressley
